- Chris Berry Added 2017-10-07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm not at all happy with the service I received from this store or with UPS in general. We paid to have a parcel shipped overnight however the next day when we were anticipating the parcel, both the tracking system and staff from this UPS store informed us that the package would not make it to its destination and would in fact be two days late. I changed my plans with this information only to receive a phone call later that day that the package had in fact arrived. There was no way that I would have been able to make my way to the UPS store location across the city before its closing time. They will not refund my money which is unfortunate as they failed in their customer service. I will be switching my business to other shippers that look after their customers and that care.
