  Such a great experience here... from buying the vehicle to the service department. I did not have any issues with my process here, so long as you understand and read the documents, there are zero issues. I did get confused a couple of times, since buying a vehicle is a big step, but the finance team helped me understand exactly what I was buying.
  My sales person, not sure if I am able to name, was great. I would definitely recommend Northland Kia, they are friendly and quite pressure-free. It's great to deal with professional and friendly people face to face every now and again lol...
  I'd suggest reading all the documents as well.. again, this is a big step and it is my first car, so I was quite careful, but once everything was explained, it was very easy to understand.
