  My first experience at this store was amazing especially from a homeowner than does not know much about painting in the first place. The staff is efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. It has been 8 years now as a regular customer and I have yet to find a question that will trump them. The owner is often on site to help with customers. Love this place, even got our Graco blinds there which, we are 100% satisfied with.
  
  Sure the paint at Home Depot (unconsistent or bad advice) is sometimes less expansive only if you like doing the work 4 times over. With these guys Benjamin Moore paint and advice, I typically apply one or two coats with a great durable finish! You owe it to yourself to try it.

  Got paint from these guys on Thursday, 2 gallons, after painting with the first gallon we found out the second gallon was completely different. Went in and instead of just owning up the two girls just pointed fingers at the other employees and made up excuses that they were probably busy. Seriously just say they put the wrong label on it and we are good. Instead they said that my painter must not know what they were doing to not have noticed earlier...

  I love shopping here! Krystal is always so helpful when I need some help choosing colours and designing a palette. She's extremely knowledgeable and can almost read my mind lol! I have bought paint here many times, and even wall paper. Every time I am in, I feel very well taken care of. I highly recommend supporting this business

  Had my worst paint experience ever at this store......3x. I went in about an hour before closing on a Sunday afternoon with a sample of a paint colour I wanted colour matched. The girl working there kept telling me that I had to pick a BM colour that was close, she showed me one but it was not the warm gray I was looking for it was a blue gray. So I insisted I wanted the colour I had come in with. I was told that it would not be done until at least Monday around 10am. I never got a call saying my paint was done, I finally called Tuesday and picked it up. When I got to the house I was working on the paint was not gray at all but rather a baby blue, nothing like the colour I asked for, much more similar to the blue I was shown by the staff there. I found the owner's contact info on these Google reviews and called him before writing a negative review. He was helpful and agreed to replace the can of paint. They colour matched the paint for me but it was still not the correct colour (should have been SW colonnade gray, they gave me "colon made gray" LOL!! with double the yellow in it ) and the original girl who helped me was not nice when I returned to exchange the cans. They do not use a computer matching system here and apparently are not even using the correct reference books because the paint had the wrong amounts of colour listed on the top. When I realized it was wrong I called and asked for another can exactly the same as the last to match it and finish the job, I was told by the same snoby girl that because that can was "free" they couldn't re-produce the same colour for me and had no record of it. I ended up painting over everything I had already done. I gave up on this ridiculousness and went to the BM store in Airdrie, they can colour match, they take orders of anything you want and have it ready in 10 mins. Do not waste your time with these jokers. Get your paint from professionals.

  The place is a one stop shop for any paint or stain. We walked in needing 3 different colours of stain for our deck and railings. The staff were very informative and helpful and the project turned out better than we could have hoped for. We've used the cheap home depot brands before and I really recommend getting a good quality product from these guys.
